Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Shipping of our tags normally takes 3 – 5 business days, depending on where you are located. We ship by mail from NSW. Due to the current COVID-19 crisis, shipping may be delayed by a couple of days. If you have not received your tag within 10 business days, please contact us.

The Free Shipping services that we offer is for Australian Customers and is a non-tracked service
If you have selected non-tracked shipping there is no tracking information for your parcel. Our system automatically sends out a consignment number for your parcel, this is what has been sent to you.
The time frame for standard non-tracked shipping is stated on our website is 3-15 business days.
